How to prepare your blue lotus
Steep or gently simmer 1–2 flowers per person in water for 5–10 minutes for a soft flavour, or 10+ minutes for a stronger, deeper cup
Strain out the flowers
Drink mindfully — set an intention before you begin
For a full ceremony: prepare both simultaneously and drink together, or layer them — blue lotus first to open the mind, cacao to anchor the heart.
